I'm a visual basic programmer. I've been asked by my friend who owns an avolites tiger to create a software that triggers the tiger to turn on a light/s via MIDI interface. Is there a reference or sample software code?

the USB to MIDI interface i have is PHONIC USB-MIDI Interface Midi hub.
