problems update console to v19.1

hi to all,
i have problems to update my console saphhire touch. st1024 to v 19.1.

First of all i update from a recovery sitck from v18 to v19 as it is said on the intructions.

i have no problem at all with this upgrade. But when i plug the usb with v 19.1, the desk recognize that there is un upgrade, but when i clik on the upgrade installer, nothing happens. Also in the folder menu i click on the installer and nothing happens.

the usb stick is formatted and only have the upgrade file.

i trie to download from another pc, and the problem stills occurs.

Already solved.
Just the USB stick was too slow. Or the program is too heavy to start to run.

I have another question. I am using muti video Page to have a preview of some cameras that goes through ndi.

Is there a way or a view un v19.1 to see what ndis are ?

Hi Barkley,

I am glad you could solve this issue.

as for NDI please see https://www.avolites.com/avolites-relea ... formation/. Avolites regrets this poor UX but as this is due to the decisions of the new owners of NDI, there is hardly anything Avolites can do in the short run. I guess there are talks to re-integrate it in the future, in one way or another, but that's nothing I can confirm or have proof of. Thus, if you really need NDI, at the moment you need to downgrade to v18, or use some external devices.
