Dimmers increasing and decreasing on their own

I have an Alvolites Pearl Tiger mixer, and it has started unilaterally increasing the dimmer value on all channels from around 150 to 255 and then decreasing it from 255 to around 150. The mixer has already been reset. Another issue is that all the red lights are flashing slightly while the dimmers are moving on their own.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and what would be the solution?
