Re: Bug? Cue list cue fade time ignores updates to attribute time palettes
This does indeed appear to be a bug, thank you for your comprehensive steps, I have added it to our bug tracking system. If you don't specifically need attribute times you can record cue times into a palette and when you update these the cue list appears to update correctly. The downside of this app...

Re: Executor to run key frame shape once then release cue.
One way you might be able to achieve this is by converting the cue into a cue list and then set the second cue to Link : After Previous , with the required length of delay (doesn't need to be exact if the shape still has the number of cycles set) and add the Release Me macro into the second cue. Wit...

Re: patch import
If you link to existing fixtures it will leave the fixture type and DMX address of those fixtures as they are, you would need to import them as new fixtures if you wanted them at be as they were in the imported show (assuming there are no address conflicts). You could try importing any programming y...

Re: Titan Mobile with Thunderbolt
The Titan Mobile is a USB 2 device so in principle as long as it is able to negotiate that along with the power it requires it might be possible but I don't know how much this has been tested. In some cases it is possible to change the speed that a port operates at in the BIOS or system settings, fo...

Re: patch import
You can use the Import function to pull in items from one show into another, you can find this in the Disk menu or in the Show Library window. This includes importing fixtures and patch information however it is not currently possible to import workspaces. When importing fixtures you can choose to m...

Re: Connect Chamsys and Avolites
Is it possible to connect Chamsys with Avolites? I would like to fire two cues from Chamsys with Avolites if it’s possible? Anyone knows? On an Avolites console it is possible to setup DMX triggers using a physical DMX port or sACN that can fire playbacks and other things within the software. It ap...

I don't know much about it but this third-party Bitfocus Companion software appears to list Titan as something it supports.

Re: Default home position
It is also possible to change the release/home value for fixtures in a show by pressing Record then Release. This can be on individual fixtures or all fixtures of the same type.

Re: Tiger Touch white screen with stripes
This is probably due to the BIOS settings being incorrect, you can find instructions for the BIOS settings here . It is sometimes possible for settings to be lost especially on older consoles that have not been powered on for a while. There should be a cell battery on the motherboard which you could...

Re: titan midi
USB MIDI was added for the T2 and I'm afraid it is not supported on the TitanOne or T1. If this is just for preprogramming parhaps use the Internal timer or timecode from Winamp.

Re: Desktop specifications Titan Suite 12.x or higher
Generally speaking the recommended specifications are there as a guide and a lot of it will depend on how many fixtures and how much programming is in your show. This combined with how much you are attempting to run at the same time (i.e. lots of playbacks at once) and how snappy you want the user i...

Re: Song stops after 2seconds in timeline
The main thing to check would be the start time and duration of the timeline to ensure that it covers the correct range. By default timelines will release outside of this range so that might explain it especially as the default duration and release times are two seconds. In addition to that, it is p...

Re: Fixture exchanging causing group layouts to change
If the groups in question are the automatic type groups e.g. All Robin MMX Spot then whenever a fixture of that type is added it will be automatically added to that group at the end and when a fixture is exchanged from one type to another it will be removed from the type group it is in and added to ...

Re: PC Suite Simulator Load Error - OneApp.IGCC
If you open up Task Manager can you see the OneApp.IGCC.WinService in the full list of applications (e.g. by switching to the Details tab)? If so you can either click End Task to try and kill it or right-click and select Go to Service(s) where you can right-click and select Stop which is a slightly ...

Re: Complete and clean installation Pearl Expert Titan v9.1
It should be fine to replace the hard drive but you will need to relicense your console when you do this. From v10 onwards we required consoles to have SSDs (of at least 40GB) we have used Intel SSDs in newer consoles as these have had a good combination of performance and reliability.
