As this is a 2004 legacy bug, it sort of proves the point that Avo aren't going to be doing anything further, in way of support for 'Classic' software.

The only work-around is to pre-set chase speeds and /or adjust them visualy...

I have to say I have never had that problem... Does it happen with every new file that you save, or just this one file? If it's just the one file that you have previously saved, I would stop trying to use it, sounds like it may be corrupted in some way. Start again with a new theatre. HTH Andy

I think I'm right in saying that whatever software is on a 2008, it's basically the same as 2004 (just with the USB addition) and will therefore have the same TAP tempo calculation error. I don't think we ever got an answer as to why it calculates the tempo incorrectly and I don't think Avo will be ...

After going through the list I realized there were a lot of fixtures that really didn't need to be there any longer, so a bit of spring cleaning wasn't such a bad thing in the end.
