Re: Fan moving heads mirrored pan position
If I understand what you are looking to achieve correctly you need to set the fan curve to 'Mirror'. This will also depend on the fixture order - if you select all the stage left rack fixtures first followed by all of the stage right rack fixtures it should work as desired.

Re: Pearl 2010 Wheels (scale) Value Not Work
Perhaps something has become disconnected inside? If you haven't done so already I would open it up and check/reseat all of the connections.

Re: Showven sparkular height on fader
There needs to be a function with a variable display range. At the moment all of the height functions are fixed ('text only'). If you edit the personality and add a function to the height control (suggested name 'Height') with start DMX 0, end DMX 255, range display 'Percentage 1dp', start range 0, ...

Re: activating chases while in a cue list
In terms of understanding your original method there are two ways of stepping through 'wait for go' cues in a cue list. One is the main Go button which will operate on the connected playback. The other is via a button associated with the playback where the action is 'Go' (set via key profiles). Sepa...

Re: Random Flicker effect
This might not tick the box in terms of ease/speed to create but I would try autoloading playbacks where each playback contains a chase for a single fixture/intensity and is set to random. For example: Create a chase on playback 1, set fixture 1 dimmer @ full and record step 1, set fixture 1 dimmer ...

Re: fade to a lower intensity
For the benefit of anyone else reading this the reason was that 'Fade Out' was 0 sec for the cue with the lower value. The 'Fade Out' value applies to HTP (ie. dimmer) values that are lower than the preceeding cue. By default this is set to 'As In' which means it will fade down any intensity values ...

Re: fade to a lower intensity
Sorry, yes, I overlooked that it was just the fading. It might be easier if you could send me your show and I will see if I can spot what it is. nick <dot> morris <at> avolites <dot> com.

Re: fade to a lower intensity
Are the cues all in a cue list? It should just work the way you expect. Is there something else holding it at the level, for example another playback (this would take priority)?

Re: Copy/Save Fixture from show to Library
You can use PATCH->[Edit Fixtures] ->[Edit Personality] to open the a showfile personality in Personality Builder. From there you can save it anywhere you like. I wouldn't recommend saving it to the factory library though as this will get overwritten when running the library installers. A better pla...

Re: LED Fixture power on values
Yes, this is the correct value to change. Factory personalities intentionally have the RGB power on at full to ensure they light when raising the intensity without needing to locate. Specifically in the Chauvet Nexus 4x4 personality you need to adjust the power on values for the attributes named 'Re...

Re: Venue Mode - Exclusive operation by non techie clients
Yes, turning off tracking for the cuelist is probably the key here. Record by fixture isn't essential but might help too. In record by channel you are recording only values that are in the programmer (ie. where they have been adjusted). Record by fixture will record all values for any fixtures that ...

Re: System software for Azure
If you go to https://www.avolites.com/software/latest-version and then search for azure in the downloads search bar it should show Azure Software July 2003. When I click on this it downloads an exe file. This is a self-extracting archive. Running this opens a dialog which will extract the files to a...
