patching mistake(Pearl2004 V1.2) ...
I just did this by mistake and wondered if it's a known issue? While patching I accidentally pressed a soft key that didn't have a personality on it (at the end of the file). The desk went a little nuts! All 4 fixture pages filled up with junk as did all 4 DMX patches - only a wipe all recovered the...

I should of remembered you Yes you should have! But never mind... Things go well thanks Neil, I'm looking forward to a full and interesting festival run this Summer... Although I'm having to miss The Glades this year because it got pushed forward by a week - it's now the same weekend we are at East...

Ok - if I'm going to be honest - I don't use Vis to actually program P+T's for exactly the same reason, I only use it to get a 'feel' for a plot. And to test playbacks and the like. The other day I used it to experiment with shapes and 20 LED PAR's, I only wanted them in a nice straight line and poi...

Neil, If you haven't already found them, there are orientation diagrams here... http://www.avolitesdownload.com/Downloads/Downloads/Documents/Visualiser/Orientation%20diagrams.exe Also the by degree selection of 'Angle To Stage' is meant to be used for generics, so you can focus generics more realis...

Sorry, I can't think of anything else practical to try... Have you been using the same fixture all the time? Have you tried something common and well used like a MAC500? It's interesting (and must mean something - although I'm at a loss as to what exactly!) that the first fixture started behaving co...

Well there aren't that many things left to try! So give it a go... (I had assumed your desk was running the current software). You didn't say if you had tried a single channel generic? It would be interesting to know if this works or not. The Generic fixture is patched from the Moving Head menu. Reg...

Are you using ACDI?
If not, give that a try...
http://www.avolitesdownload.com/Downloads/ACDI.stm
and double check your pinouts, although if all the tests show good comms, I don't think it's a cable problem.

Hi... You don't say if you've tried patching any other fixtures...have you tried something simple like a generic (single dimmer channel)? Check you have matching fixtures patched on the desk and Vis. Does the problem occur on every fixture you try? If it does, then it could be a corrupted personalit...

In a word no, there are no true print options. BUT you can get around it. If you want to take a screen print, just use the normal PC screen print (ALT+PrtScr), you can then PASTE this in the normal way, so you can print it out. However, this will have the black background, so you may want to invert ...
