Sorry, there isn't currently a function to delete users. As an alternative you could start a new show and import only the users, playbacks and fixtures required.

The console should still be supported by the latest software version, v16.0, assuming that is equipped with an AvoKey . There is no all universe unlock that can be purchased, the Editor AvoKey is akin to the T1 being only a single DMX line with no option to expand it. The alternatives are the T2 which is two lines or the Titan Mobile which is as many universes as the consoles are.
