Re: Problem Copy Fixtures, Group and Playback
I have made a quick test and could not reproduce this. I wonder if you might be able to provide some more detailed steps to repeat this? For example: New show Patch 1x <fixture 1 details> Patch 1x <fixture 2 details> Create group of fixture 1 (group 1) Create group of fixture 2 (group 2) Select grou...

Re: new user - LED flash
For the blinder flash with timing you can set the playback fade in to 0.02s, fade out 0.25s and change the key profile for the playback such that the touch action is timed flash. For example hold the Options button (right-click on PC) -> <select playback> -> Add New -> (optionally give it a name) [O...

Re: Effect to temp override a chase
You can achieve this by recording the dimmer @0% for the fixtures you want to override in the dimmer saw playback and enable Cross Fade HTP in the dimmer saw playback options.

Re: Playback "Off on overwritten"
Currently it is not possible to do this based on the contents of a playback. There is a similar feature called 'Playback Groups' where playbacks within a playback group are mutually exclusive (ie. firing a playback in a playback group will kill any other active playbacks in that playback groups). Ho...

Re: Releasing colour back to previous colour
Pressing clear alone won't make any difference. It's fixtures that have been selected prior to clear that are affected. I forgot to mention that perhaps the best thing about using quick palettes is that they are, as the name suggests, quick as there is no need to select before (or clear after). So n...

Re: Releasing colour back to previous colour
As long as you setup palettes so that they apply to specific fixtures and select them without a fixture selection it will release to the palette as desired. While I agree it is frustrating that selecting/clear will cause those fixtures to release to power on I busked hundreds of shows using quick pa...

Re: Problem by writing new personality
I'm not too sure how you have managed to get it so that colour chases work on everything except the first section (I assume you mean shapes here rather than chases) but the way to do this is to use cells. Create one mode that has just a dimmer (as channel 1). Create a second one that has red, green,...

Re: Releasing colour back to previous colour
Currently, clearing a selection will cause it to release to default values. If you avoid selecting/clearing the related fixtures you should find it works as expected. The way I do this is to use quick palettes (ie. apply palettes without a fixture selection). This can be limiting though and I do thi...

Re: Built in capture adjust overall level.
I believe the difficulty here is accurately simulating the relative intensities of fixtures in a theatre. The intensity is very much related to the fixtures you are using and, where available, fixtures are simulated according to their photometric properties. I believe the stand-alone Capture tries t...

Re: Built in capture adjust overall level.
Try setting the exposure to a negative value such as -300 in Capture Visualiser Settings -> Appearance (note you can use the +/- softkey to get a negative value - I don't think it currently accepts '-xxx' directly).

Re: Tiger Touch II multi patch
I wonder if the simplest solution is to patch the fixtures as normal then create a group of all the fixtures and use that. Historically the main reason for wanting to double-up on handles was for where the number of handles were limited and it was a compromise to be able to fit everything in a conso...

Hello, For offline editor you need Titan PC Suite . You can use version 11.4 and earlier for free. Version 12 and above requires an AvoKey dongle. Titan PC Suite includes a number of applications. For offline editing you want Titan Simulator (Start -> Avolites -> Titan Simulator). When launched a sp...

Re: Copied Fixtures don't show up in the Fixtures window
It won't necessarily help you but perhaps there are more clues in the logs.
If all else fails a possible fix might be to create a new show and import.
(note in case there is any confusion, due to an approval process the two previous replies were not visible when Sebastian posted his reply above)
