well.. I wasn't too happy about spotting the error myself..
and again, if you need my showfile to help find the problem, I've got the disk laying here on my desk. Happened to me a second time after the reboot, so it may be a pretty persistent error.

pearl2004 fading pallettes stop working, bug??
Hello On a show 2 days ago I had a pearl running 2004 v1.1 with 6*mac250. After a day of programming, and about 30 minutes of show, fading pallettes stopped working. e.g. [select fixtures], [5], [preset add22] would no longer fade to the position pallette 22. It would do nothing at all. Though calli...

Maybe you could use a normal dimmerchannel, but with a custom usercurve. The curve determines what level in the desk corresponds to which DMX-level. You could make the curve so that every next% swaps the DMX-level from 0-100-0-100% I don't know if that'll help your cause, but you could try it. fadin...

yup, same problem here. I'd like to have the possibilty to be able to set those dimmer faders individually to different "modes" some kind of "LTP" or "keep after clear" mode: if you set something, and move to another page, it stays the way it is, even If I move the fader or press clear. To change a ...

I think 61 doesn't exist, because if you look at the display it always shows 1-30 or 31-60, but in dimmer mode it flips to 1-60. I would also advice against moving the dimmer attribute to the right wheel, because all dimmer shapes will be lost, and you'd have to create a new shapefile to regain them...

I don't have a desk at hand, so this is using the sim2004 and "stage view-fixtures" as a diagnosis tool. I have 6*mac250 and named color Pallettes for amber and blue. Color paramater is set to fade (NOT instant) I create a chase swapping the colors for odds and evens. This is 2 steps. Set LTP fade t...

Stepping through chases - changes from pearl2000 - 2004
I just ran into this strange thing today.. Using the 2000 software from march2004 I usually just stop a chase, and step through it using the "STOP" key.. Today I had a 2004 with v1 soft and it didn't work like I was used. I had to look for an hour (and ask someone else) before I found out I had to t...
