Yes, you are absolutely right, this is a bug in the actual Simulator version. But I have checked that this bug is fortunatelly fixed in the new 2004 V.1.0 software for the real desk, and there the palletes are figuring as in the manual, 1st page for palletes 1 to 10 and 101 to 110 and so on. I hope ...

I had a similar problem with my desktop computer. I solved it setting the screen resolution to higher values, like 1152x864 or 1600x1200. I use a Toshiba Satellite setted usually at 1024x768. Changing to higher values allowed to me to pick-up the hidden window and return it to the main screen. Obvio...

You must use the SYS3K.R20 file from the disk number 6 of personalities. This file is controlling 9 dmx channels, as well as the SX3K, although it is wrongly associated to the ST3K model of Syncrolite, wich is a static fixture and is therefore using four less channels than the moving one. You might ...

In all cases you need to enable the CRT screen under the "View" menu, as you'll see there the text you're introducing. For the showname, you will see the prompt to set the name when you select >Disk>Save Show to disk> For the rest of legends, you must right-click on the AVO-Shift button and the last...

When you're going to patch fixtures in the Simulator you are prompted to specify a folder where an aps.cmp (a=azure, p=pearl, s=sapphire) must be located. By default, you will have an aps.cmp file in the same folder where the Pearl.exe was installed. That file should be, depending on your disk struc...

In the 1st. question : too few parameters to know what can be happening, I'm afraid. About the 2nd one, it can be interesting to use the "Search" tool while reading the manuals: Glossary for PARK in the Pearl 2000/2004 manual This happens to a fixture when its DMX address is taken by another fixture...

If you want to have one you only need to put an HEXSPOT.R20 (38ch) or HEXSPOTR.R20 (28ch) personality files into the Personalities folder of the Visualiser program. After that when you restart the Visualiser you will find them under the moving head's list. Notice that if you want real matching colou...

Baby 2004 born

So, finally, the Pearl 2004 new software is here.

Congratulations to the Avo team for his job, and to us, the users, cause we will have a lot of improving there. Now is the time to read, study a bit, and start to practice as soon as posible.

Thx

You can obtain te same result by changing the value in the "inversion" column, setting an "I" (inverted) instead of "N" (normal) , with the advantage that you will invert also the "Hilight" and "Lolight" values with the same action. P.D. Notice that in the numbering of columns the 6th (curve number)...

Originally the units are inches. If you want to use millimetres you must open the blankmm.ttr file in the theatres folder. To use millimetres in every new theatre you must save it as default before you add any changes. I recommend you to change this file to "Read only" in properties to avoid to over...
