Hi, I received my replacement Mobile today - was surprised that I still needed to update the firmware with USB Expert Console before Titan would find it (I thought a brand new desk would have latest firmware already installed - it's serial number 2482?). Titan and the desk now talking to each other ...

I checked using USB Expert and couldn't see any update messages.

The desk is being swapped out tomorrow as there's another issue with it (the case), so I'll wait and see if the problem exists on the new one as well. If it does it'll be a software issue...hopefully it'll just go away!
