Visualiser needs two personalities for each fixture - an extension file and an R20 file.

At the moment there is Visualiser personality for the Showtec Hurricane 575 Personality.

There was a very small problem with the visualiser extension file for this fixture.

It has been fixed now but I am not sure if this will solve your problems. Please download the latest visualiser personalities from the Personalities website and try it out

It still sounds to me as if there is a corrupted shape file in the desk. When you loaded the shapefile into the desk, did it say "shape file sucessfully loaded"? Did the floppy disk you used to extract the personalities disk to already have files on it? If it did it could mean that not all...

Are you pressing "Playback a shape" and then getting an error message like "No shapes found"
