Re: pixel mapper colors
At present there is no way to select the channels that the effects engine runs across, so it will only mix white using the RGB channels and not change the white channel. Not sure if it is any use to you but you could patch a separate dimmer fixture where the white channel would be and run effects ov...

Re: Tiger Touch Wing?
Sorry, just to clarify Nic clarification. The DVI port on the Pearl Expert uses custom signals and is therefore incompatible with standard monitors. However the DVI ports on the Sapphire Touch are standard DVI-D meaning that they will work with most DVI monitors but do not carry the additional VGA s...

Re: Titan email to upgrade
Can you double check what Titan version you are currently running? You are correct that the physical DMX outputs do not work in Classic mode in the latest versions of Titan however this has been the case since Titan v6.2 when updates were done to accommodate the Pearl Expert Pro. You can still out A...

Re: Metric scale in Tiger Touch?
There are two default theatres for Visualiser, blankinches and blankmm, the latter being metric. The Tiger Touch will always use the blankinches theatre when auto patching however there is nothing to stop you from creating your own theatre from blankmm and loading it in. Once it is loaded it will be...

Re: DMX in
On the console side you can just patch a normal dimmer to control the intensity at whatever address is required. This can then be output over physical DMX, Art-Net or Streaming ACN depending on what the Madrix server can receive. The Madrix server would have to be configured to receive that dimmer c...

Re: Two separate programmers?
Yes, the remote has its own programmer, in fact there is a separate programmer for each connected remote. This is done deliberately to prevent actions on the remote from effecting someone on the console and vice versa. Although there is an option when holding down the Clear button to Clear All Progr...

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
The stick will need to be at least 2.5GB in size, so a 4GB stick would be good. I would test by plugging it into the console and allowing it to boot up. Check that you can get at least as far as the Licence Agreement screen (it is the second screen), it won't make any changes to your console until y...

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
When you request a full licence you automatically receive a temporary licence when you submit your request. You can continue to use the console on the temporary licence while the full licence is processed. If you have not already done so you can export the token by going to System mode and selecting...

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
You can, and will need to, update the firmware before you can license the console. Once the firmware has been updated you will be prompted for the licence and you should use the options to export a token file from the console.

Sorry, I'd assumed you had put v7.4 on it. Yes, upgrade to that and then follow the instructions above.

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
You need to update the firmware of the USB panels before you will be able to continue. From the Tools menu select Shutdown Software , then from the Control Panel sub-menu, select USB Expert Console . From it's menu select Tools > Acw Service > Start . Once the USB panels have appeared on the left ha...

Re: TitanOne as 5th Output
Unfortunately it is not designed to work on that way. If I remember correctly, the first output on the console and the TitanOne will both will try to appear as DMX Output A and conflict with one another.
