Re: Layout view

Is the layout locked? When unlocked the window is in edit mode to allow items to be rearranged, when locked you are able to select and interact with the fixtures. There is also the Show Fixture Mimics option that can be set for the entire layout and on a per fixture basis.

Re: Cue fade in master timer

For a simple fixed look you could also make use of quick palettes: selecting a palette without any fixtures selected which will apply to all fixtures stored in the palette without putting any values in the programmer. This will follow the master palette time which can be set in the palette menu or u...

Re: Every Percentage turns to Custom range when building new personality

If I remember correctly you should be able to put % twice e.g. %% to escape it, i.e. have it show a percentage symbol rather than treat it as a custom format string.

Re: Using External touchscreen laptop

What you might be able to do is network the laptop to the Pearl Expert and start a multi-user session between the two. You would need to have exactly the same version of Titan installed and running on both (using Avolites PC Suite for the laptop). Note if running v12.0 or above the laptop would requ...

Re: Quartz Recovery Key

If for some reason the Executor key is not working you could try plugging in a keyboard and pressing F10 while the console is booting. Depending on how new you console is you could try booting up while holding the Locate button.

Re: update Arena

Which installer are you using? For consoles you need to create a recovery stick to install version 16, this does a complete reinstall of the console operating system. This requires downloading the creator from here and running that on a Windows PC to write to a USB stick. This will completely format...

Re: update Arena

I'm not sure why that would be.

What does the error message say or can you post a screenshot?

Can you share the serial number of the console? If you prefer you can send me a private message.

Re: Custom Chase/Cuelist Order

There isn't really any function to allow you to change the default next cue in a chase or cue list, however in the specific example you gave you might be able to mark cue 3 as disabled which would cause the software to skip directly from cue 2 to cue 4. However this depends on the cues being in the ...

Re: Handle Paging doesn't work on Playbacks window

Do the playbacks appear on other pages when they are not fired? The reason I ask is that there are two similar features which are not quite the same: held over handles is a feature where active playbacks will remain visible when the page is changed (this is primarily intended as the behaviour for no...

Re: TT touch panel stops working

Depending on which model of Tiger Touch you have there should be a Sensitivity Calibration option in the Tools menu under Control Panel > Touch Screen Setup . This can be necessary if the humidity conditions around the console have changed significantly. When selected from the menu it should adjust ...

Re: Timeline without timecode.

You can run a timeline manually against an internal timer and start and stop it as required. There is also the option to set Wait for Go points in the timeline that will cause the internal timer to pause until you tell it to continue. As well as the controls at the top left of the window and you can...

Re: AvoKey/Dongle needed for offline programming in 11.4?

If you are running v11.4 or earlier, you should be able to run Titan Simulator using the green icon in the Start Menu . When it start it will ask you to select which console to simulate, TitanOne is usually the best one to use on PC. When started the first time you might need to agree to a licence a...

Re: End of Life TT2 vs V16

The older touchscreen was on serial numbers before TT-02291 so in principle that is all with the V1 range. I don't know if any motherboards have been replaced or upgraded in that V1 serial number range but if they have they would still need to meet the touchscreen requirement to run v16. Perhaps I s...

Re: End of Life TT2 vs V16

With version 16 support is being removed for the oldest motherboard as its performance is significantly lower than those after it, roughly about half of the performance of the next motherboard (both CPU and GPU). There are additional restrictions as well such as the touchscreen used in early Tiger T...

Re: Built in Display problem

This is probably due to the BIOS settings being incorrect, you can find details here . It is possible that the loss of BIOS settings could be due to the motherboard battery being flat, if so this might need to be replaced. On the LV-67H motherboard there was also a BIOS update as part of ECN-0204 wh...
