Press [Disk] > [New Show] > Wipe DMX Settings ON and then click OK.

If you experience further issues with this, we can arrange for a Team Viewer session to investigate this further. However, this should fix the issue.

I would strongly recommend using a private wireless LAN that is not connected to the Internet to avoid potential networking issues.

You could also try plugging this panel directly into the USB port on the outside of the console. This will connect the panel directly to the Motherboard.

Hi, Please ensure the console has a minimum of 4GB RAM. Show files are cross compatible between consoles running the same/above versions of Titan. You can connect the Quartz to the machine running Arena via Cat5. Ensure both machines are on the same IP range too. There is also a video detailing how to set this up on YouTube.

Hi,

I had this issue the other day too, I resolved this by clicking 'Renumber all Cues' and then entering the values again. Give this a try.

Please make sure you use 1.1 (fullstop) not 1,1 (comma) 8)
