Hi Guys,

How do I reset my Pearl 2010 to Factory Settings, I cant use the menu/softkeys etc. Is there a physical button on or inside the console that will reset the console to factory settings?

I cant right now, I'm not with the console (I'm in Australia and its 8:30PM here) But I am 100% positive it is a genuine Avolites console

I'm trying to find the serial number for my Pearl 2010, I read that the serial number was on a sticker on the back of the console, when I checked it was not there, is there anywhere else on the desk that it could be?
