DMX values jumps around when faders are pushed all the way up (TT2)
Console: Tiger Touch II Problem: 5 out of 10 faders now will send random DMX values if the faders are pushed all the way to the top end. The problem only happens when the faders reach the top end. I will see the lights flicker, or turned off because dimming value is not at 100% but is jumping around...

Re: Newbie - Using lasers in a show - help please.
now I have included S attribute into all the pallets. the laser turns off when i drop the fader. I have one problem, the pan, tilt, zoom, filp movement attributes does not go away when i drop the fader. i have set the laser to a static state, and hit: Record/Release/[record], and set the playback re...

Re: Newbie - Using lasers in a show - help please.
because all my color, pattern, beam pallets for this laser does not include the attribute: S, for going into DMX mode (because I set the personality file to be in DMX mode from power on), so my understanding is i have two choices: 1, use a on/off switch 2, include attribute S into each of the pallet...

Re: Newbie - Using lasers in a show - help please.
thanks, i now understand this and got the on/off switch onto one fader. My next questions is: is a on/off switch the easiest way to turn them on and off, as with other lights we don't need this switch. thanks

Thanks a lot, i tried today with the lights, and it works. I had a look at the revised personality file, and should be able to do the same in case i need to do it myself in the future. thanks again.

submitting personality files
Hi we distribute a few small brands and have some personality files for some of their products, and will have more as new products being introduced. I wonder how can we have these personality files included in the official library. Can we upload them here as attachments? thanks!

Re: ACME Spider FC virtual dimmer for cell
Hi Gregory, thanks, these cells does not have dimmers of their own, I have to use master fixture to turn up dimmer first, then gointo the subfixtures to set colors. I have tried a few times, i seems that if I do this and save a cue, the dimmer value on the master fixtures are not saved, hence these ...

Re: Newbie - Using lasers in a show - help please.
Hi I run into a similar problem with KOLOs laser in the library (it should be KOLO by the way). This laser has no blackout function, so it is either in DMX mode with laser output, or it is Off and out of DMX mode, which makes it hard to use. I have saved a page of playbacks for these lasers, and i u...

Re: ACME Spider FC virtual dimmer for cell
Thanks, yes that is what I was referring to. I assume with a separate dimmer for each cell, it is easier to program effect such as dimmer chase, and dimmer shapes will also be available to use. I also noticed fixture overlap does not work with these sub fixtures. how do we program one cue to achieve...

Re: how to setup and use move in dark
hi thanks, I still dont quite understand how its done. I think the best way is if i can have a show file to look at how it is setup. there will be a online training on 4th August on MID so I will be tuned in and hopefully it will solve my problem.

how to setup and use move in dark
newbie question: in theater lighting where we do not want to see movements of lights, is it true that if you have multiple locations to light on stage, you would need at least two (groups) of lights for the two locations. at one time Lights group A is turned on for Location 1, and group B is on for ...
