We have a Pearl 2000 desk All boots up ok, motherboard ok Only faders 1-5 and 12 work. No other faders work. Easier than I thought - ribbon cable clean up with compresed air - lots of fluff inside, so desk up and running.
Now the only faders that work are 2,3,4,5 and 12, I can;t get any others to do anything upto 60

IS it really possible that all these faders need replacing? or can be another fault?

Thanks for that. yes all ribbon cables checked and brightness / contrast up. I suspect as it needed a new power supply, it may have taken out some caps. None are obviously gone, but I'll get testing them I think.. if anyone has any other suggestions greatly received
