If I do a wipeall will it reset the console to factory settings?

Yes the raw value of that fader is at zero.
This happened last week and I got lucky flipping through the manual and found a way to make it work again in user settings. However in my crazy panic don't rmber where in the manual I found that bit of info...could it be anything else other than a bad fader?

My pearl 2008 suddenly has a strange issue. The playback master seems to be deactivated? nothing works on my roller pages by fader.
