I have exactly the same problem: Rx light flashing, and no DMX output. Have tried it on at least two different computers, but with same result. Firmware updated, and in USB Expert Console, I can temporarily set the dongle to Tx mode (in the DMX tab), and also get a DMX output using the test features...
