Based on the info here https://support.renewedvision.com/article/236-sending-midi-cues-from-propresenter , it doesn't look like there's any reason why it wouldn't work. Note that you'd still need a MIDI interface to get the MIDI signal out of your ProPresenter machine and into the Mobile.
