It's actually very cheap to do, involving only 3 IC's if you design it right. One of which handles the compliance (USB end at least) for you. This is Dosx's teritory, he has already written something very very similar. He's just waiting on me designing and building a a cheap USB -> DMX interface. (Not that he's asked me yet :P)

How about adding a "Stop movement of selected fixtures" option to the off menu. This seams to be in keeping with the ither functions of the off menu.

Azure software wishlist

One great feature for the Azure would be the ability to map any preset button to a fader on the fly. This would then allow any chase or memory to be connected / assigned to a fader as and when required.

Just to add to the syptoms shown by the perl: First the AVOS didn't need reinstalling, just accessing to perform a wipe all. Second the board was showing between 4-5 bus errors before the wipeall was performed. This may provide some explaination as to why I had different functionality available each...
