I know it should be updated, I hardly ever work there and I seem to be the only one that knows a slight bit of these things. Just troubleshooting isn't my strongest talent yet

Strange flickering
This may not have something to do with the console, but it may do. So I am going to try this on here. It's a real mystery! This is in on our small stage, there we have a Titan Mobile (V6.1) and a few LED's (line A) and some frontlight (line B). Everything worked perfectly fine, and then something &q...

Re: TM DMX Freeze!!!
Not with TM, but had the same with Expert. Still don't know what it was. Did yours also snapped to positions they should have been at right after the freeze? My guess is that -for me-, is was a memory problem. I had loads of action going on, in a rather big user file, on rather low memory. Guess it ...

What is this?
Hey guys, Got another question. My programmer was gone? This is how it happened: We had a concert. After the concert there was a dance event, I wanted to reload my file as the external tech had deleted something I needed. I unplugged DMX-A (conventional) and DMX-D (LED's). I loaded my file, then plu...

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
Since in a way I am still dealing with this, I'll just use my old topic to ask this, hope that's ok! So I already posted that there's been some lagging, and health check says that it's low on disk space, (which is true C: has 1 GB left, whereas D: has 46GB left). But do any of you know what the cons...

Re: Titan version 7.1
Photo below shows what it says, indeed low disk space. I will look at it during a weekday indeed so I can call for support if needed. I think the autosave may very well be the cause for the lagging, I did a show on Friday as well and nothing happened but it was an easy and calm show, though yesterda...

Re: Titan version 7.1
Thank you for your reply, not a software fault then. Could do the recovery although since the "dongle not found" I am a bit scared to run anything update-wise :P Health check says something about low disk space, could this also affect lagging? Maybe in combination with the autosave. PS: I ...

Re: Titan version 7.1
Sorry to up this old topic but I am having this exact problem, but I'm on 7.4? So the fix should already be in it but it still occurred! Anyone else having this freeze&snap-issue with 7.4?
Should I have gone 6.1 > 7.1 > 7.2 > 7.4 instead of 6.1 > 7.1 > 7.4 ?

Re: Titan email to upgrade
Is it very unfriendly of me to think "Well, there's Titan, they should work with Titan. A venue should not have a buy new equipment because of the few that only want to work on Classic" I have never had anyone ask for that, many want the Expert's wing disabled, but haven't gotten the Class...

Re: Expert titan "Dongle Not Found"
I had the same thing yesterday, I am much of a newbie but here a few things, maybe they help. I could not boot from USB either. That delete button to get into BIOS did not work either, but I had a message earlier (when creating the recovery) saying that this boot-action was not needed for Expert. Pe...

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
Alright, I can do that. Well I don't have a 4GB stick, but those can't be all too expensive anymore these days
Thank you both for your help!

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
I am trying to request the full license but now having trouble submitting it, the website is giving me an error, hm. I sent an email to the helpdesk, I still have 14 days left to fix that, should do. Good idea about having a recovery stick ready to use. Can I create it on a windows computer as well ...

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
Okay, everything seems to be working!!! Even without the USB-update. I am very grateful, hopefully I can help someone on here someday as well.
And can I already apply for the full license now or will I then lose my temp. one? Because it says it takes up to 5 days and that's pretty hard around here

Re: Help; Dongle not found!
I went for the temporary lisence, it said 5 days for the full one and there is no time for that! I assume I can't use the console while waiting for Avolites to approve my photos? Or can I?
