Just an update - still no obvious output. Titan One appears at the top of the main software screen. From reading the YouTube videos, this indicates it is using the Hardware Dongle (and not a simulator) I've double-checked the DMX mapping, it is using "DMX Expert" on Line 1. Other than that...
