Sorted, loose connector inside desk.

As per title, both Encoder wheels have stopped working, is there anywhere in the setup menu that would disable them or should I open the desk and look for a cable fault, thought I'd ask before I went at it like a bull in a china shop.....

Dongle arrived this morning (Ta WL) works a treat, only thing I have noticed so far is that despite having a multi touch screen that works in other software, under Titan One I can only work with one touch - so I can only pull one fader down at a time.
