Hi Running V6 software on Tiger Touch and can't work out where to find the new factory macros to change the pages of the static preset playback. I started a new show, patched in entours and checked the palettes, worked ok, then patched 250 beams in checked palettes with both fixture type selected and all worked as it should!! Hi Many thanks for the reply, when you say you can't replicate do you mean that it works fine for you? Just to clarify what i did, I patched the entours in first then the beams. The colour palettes were labelled for the entours but I did notice that there was more than one palette of the same colour...

Many thanks for the reply, will try what you suggested and if its not happening will create my own palettes once fixtures are connected.
