Found the reason for my issue. Thanks anyway....

Having issue with Pearl Tiger .r20. Built several chases, loaded into submasters, adjust crossfade to 0 0 0 and set timing as desired. Come back to that fader after doing same to other subs and timing is back to default setting (.02 & ff ff ff)

What is the average time from pers request to upload? I see that there is a .d4 file for the fixture I want but I'm on a 2010 pearl. I tried to get the PB working but don't seem to get it.
