http://avolitesshop.co.uk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=1238 http://avolitesshop.co.uk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=1136 It is an obvious bug with the board. Even my monitor screen tells me it is a bug waiting to be fixed. I am not asking for anything extra, just what is on the board and I was told would be fixe...

and I'm telling you I'm the customer, and you're wrong! Stuff it, switching brands, Avolights have a international reputation of being condescending to customers, hard to get along with and overpriced. Looks like the program is obsolete now anyway (guess you now know what an Azure customer feels lik...

serial to midi doesn't really exist anymore, it's all midi to usb now. It's kinda hard when I don't have a serial port on my laptop.

Thanks, but that is not helping me! This is not what I asked at all. You are assuming my soldering skills are the same as yours and I have the time to make one (I do this as a second job).
If I buy MIDI to USB will this work instead?

Serial to DMX cable

Hi, I am an Azure user, you are probably getting sick of us asking the same stupid questions, however I searched and had a bit of look and couldn't find what I was looking for. I am trying to connect my Azure with the Visualiser on a PC using Vista, I have downloaded everything (including the Pearl ...

Even the Shadow? That's a shame! The Azure has the same power as a HogII, but half the weight, size and price. It's a great product it just needs to be expanded! Sorry if I sound a bit miffed, but I only bought the console new two years ago for a similar price of a new small car in Australia, and th...

Thanks Emma!

Sorry for wasting your time. I had another look and found the Azure2000 vids for myself here http://www.avolites.org.uk/products/training/Azure_TV/index.html and was going to tell you not to worry but you beat me to it!

Peter

Azure 2000/Shadow

Any plans for a new software upgrade soon? Very keen to learn what the marco button does!
Also what is the USB socket for? (I can't find anything about it in the user manual.)

I tried it again, and guess what? This time it works!
Just do what the manual says and you'll do just fine, kids!
In case you're wondering, please don't ask how I did this, I don't know, but I have a feeling the culprit was the lamp!

Azure 2000 dimmer problem

Currently I'm using an Azure 2000 with a Jands FP12 12ch dimmer. When I use the intensity function the light will shine at zero intensity from 0%-80% the jump straight to full intensity from approximately 80%-100%. I want the dimmer to raise intensity in increments gradually. I have isolated the dim...
