I ended up doing a factory reset on the lights, and that fixed the issue. Although brand new out of the box, they still needed that to calibrate properly.

One thing I realize, is that the light has a user switchable pan range (630°and 540°). If the personality file was created for one or the other, it may be the cause of this.
