I use a Pearl 2000, and I think it's not possible to add this function in the software of the console.

Maybe it's possible with the Pearl Expert.

By the way, I have usually my computer not far of the Pearl when I'm on tour or festival.

Hello, It's seems that it's not possible to load a new personality file on a Pearl Expert via a floppy disk as it was possible on the other Pearls ([patch] -> Floppy in -> [Choose a Fixture] -> Fixtures on the floppy).
