I rewceived my Tiger Touch in April, and i noticed that on the back the laminate surface starts showing braun dirt which is not possible to remove, do you have any idea what that mnight be? Looks like something you ve used to glue the laminate to the desk and it is coming thru?...

When will you fix the problem for W7. I cant get it into my computer. It always asks for the ddl file which i downloade but i cant get it to work.

Had recently following problem. Made the patch for the ROBE At250 and could not open de shutter/dimmer, made dimmer patch and was able to open shutter/dimmer. So is the configuration wrong? Is the personalilty wrong? Should have used the xt250 personality? Have no acces now to this fixture, but cust...
