Expert startup error
Had strange behavior of pearl expert today - after turning it on, there was no action on LCD or external screen and after few seconds I heard series of approximately 2 second long beeps. My intuition told me that this could be bios error code for problems with RAM memory so I removed memory sticks, ...

I have done similar effect with simple approach - you just create simple colour chase, but add dimmer parameter to it. So each step contains: dim 100%, colour red or dim 0%, colour white. Color mixing is much slower than dimmer so you see the white flash just after opening fixture dimmer. This worke...

Expert 'Block All Shapes' problem
After busy festival weekend found a strange behavior of shapes when using "block all" shape - i had a program, that contained "block all" shape for 1 fixture. When this playback was risen, everything happened correctly and it did stop all running shapes for that particular fixtur...

Titan pallete fade problem
Found a bug in new titan software: if you recall palette with long fade time (20s) and then quickly decide to fade another palette (for same parameter) with short time (1s), it normally fades to second palette, but at the moment when first palette fade should end, parameter value jumps to first valu...

Will check again. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, this is how I do it - channel grid window on bottom part, attribute editor on top part of monitor, then I set options to show programmer, hit view > store > gray pallete button on upper row (usually 51st-60th pallete place). Shift + F5 to close all ...

To create variable value playback for one parameter, you should use record by channel mode - that is correct. You set desired parameter values, for example, pan/tilt position, then hit record, switch to record by channel, set mode to 2 (or you can do that later from edit times menu) and store it on ...

1st problem - error in programming. When storing CMY palletes, you should first 'touch' (change) all CMY parameters to get them in programmer (even if their values are 0.0%) and only then save the pallete. This also applies to pan/tilt. 2nd problem sounds like pallete masking - when you recall palle...
