Hi Jose, Did you read the download instructions for the D4 desktop? Are you running windows XP as it only runs on this. If you cant get it to work email me direct and I will help you. chriss@avolites.com To run it with the show designer you will need to purchase a license key from the web shop

You have 2 options.

1) from a disk you need to put the sapprl list file on the disk as well as the sgdata file.

2) If you download the cache builder from our web site it will create a file which allows you to install it into the memory of the console.

Hi John, Too slave 2 pearls together, all you need is a MIDI cable. You plug it into the midi out of one console and then into the midi in of the other. Then go into USSER SETTINGS and select the 1st console as MASTER, and the 2nd will be SLAVE. You have to program both consoles and what will happen...

Which software version are you running?
And at what point in time does it happen?
What are you doing at the time.
