only just noticed...

usually, any part time you do not change with the keypad and confirm with enter will remain at it's default. that should be 0.00 seconds.

it IS possible to have the color revert back to a previous color, but... - you must record your playback as a "mode 2" playback - the color parameter(s) must be set to fading, not instant. color mixing devices (CMY) are always set as "fading" by default, but fixtures with one or ...

adding to this, any attribute that needs to respond to a "mode 2" playback should be set as "fading" , not "instant", in the patch, or it won't "turn off" when you bring the fader back down...

Dan, My most immediate thought is you accidentally touch the Intensity wheel with the hand you're using to operate the last couple of playback faders. If you have a group of lights selected, just brushing against the dimmer encoder will load the current level (plus or minus a little bit) those lamps...

About the scrambled VDU... ...noticed this problem also, also using a new Pearl 2004. I can recreate the problem reliably on my desk, so this might help someone figure out what the problem is exactly: - press VIEW button - press lower softbutton to change to VDU-view - select DIMMERS AND ATTRIBUTES-...

Hell Yes!!! we want dimmer-function on LED-fixtures. Working with fixtures that won't fade-out when you pull down the fader is a bitch, and be sure to tell Pulsar I said so, Nic... Seriously, though, I feel this is the manufacturer's responsibility. A fixture working on a commonly accepted controlsy...

me again... Just tried to unzip the newest download of Pearl/Sapphire personality disk 2 (i need the file for the VL2500spot), but it doesn't seem to fit on the 3.5" disk... then you're also aware that it also happens with other attributes (eg. gobo's on my TechnoBeams), so i'll consider this problem reported....

i fade up some dimmers (frontlight in this case) on the A-bank, but when i press clear, the channels go down, even though i've left the faders up...

Something strange just happened on the Pearl 2004 (with 2004 software): I'm running a show, including some scrollers, and I'm working in take-over mode: - I select a color for the scrollers using the preset focus - I don't "clear" - I accidentally pull down the Grand Master a bit - THE SCROLLERS LOS...
