I was wondering if there ia a way to get rid of information in a palette without having to delete it and start again eg; gobo information in a colour pallete as I have 6 different fixture types in the same colour pallete and one of them has gobo info in it (I was sure i had specified the bank?) chee...

I get it every now and then and the only option is to power off and restart

sorry thats what i meant i mean the bottom 2 corners as in next to the 2 release srews it opened about a month ago no prob

1: no not 100% about 50% ive run diagnostice this stopped a few

My Installation doesnt seem to have any default personality files and after trying to load one i have on my hard disc all i get is the following error

Buffer underrun detected
then it crashes
any ideas
Also the cache builder comes with no personality files either
