Yes, my problem is just the same. But it only worked when i made a full back up, did WIPE ALL, and reload show. My guess is that when u use CUT it keeps the preset in the memory but i doesn't go out there, because when you do PASTE there is nothing to PASTE. I've already contacted Nick from Avolites...
