When you set the desk lamp switch to dim, it sends 5volts to the desk light and when you set it full it sends 12volts to the light! Hope this helps!

I am planning on getting a Pearl 2004 in the next couple of weeks... I do a few shows a year that require huge long chases of at least 2000 steps each. Does the pearl ever run out of memory space? If so is there anything you can do?

I have been quoted less then £5000 + VAT by AC Lighting... so give them a call and ask for the best price they can give. Also try stage-electrics they can do a fairly good price.
