Have seen this happen when the BPM master isn’t fully synced at the moment the cue is triggered. Sometimes adding a small delay before starting the cue helps everything start from the first frame of the keyframe.

This behavior sounds like it could be related to how Titan 18 handles crossfader modes with dynamic palettes. Manual crossfader settings often cause cues to temporarily lose the intended effect until the cuelist is reactivated.
